Hannah Nelson, Dental Assistant
Hannah is always positive and upbeat but that’s especially true when she’s working with patients. In fact, she says she can’t imagine doing anything other than working as a dental assistant. After a successful internship with Dr. Gabhart, Hannah joined the staff in March 2014 and helps with many aspects of patient care.
She resides in Lebanon Junction and loves spending time with her family and enjoying the great outdoors.
Elisabeth Clowser, Dental Assistant
Elisabeth has worked in the dental profession since 2009 and joined Dr. Gabhart’s team in September 2015. She says working as a dental assistant is especially fulfilling because she knows a great smile is always a boost to a patient’s confidence. In the office, she takes care of a variety of tasks including X-rays, dental impressions and more.
Born and raised in Germany, Elisabeth now resides in Radcliff with her husband, a U.S. Army veteran. She enjoys caring for their pets – two dogs and a cat – and spending time with family, including her nieces and nephews.
Whitney Tarkington, Registered Dental Hygienist
Whitney is originally from a small town in Alabama. She graduated from Wallace State Community College (Hanceville, Al) in 2008 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She is a proud military spouse; she and her husband have been married for 9 years and have two children and three dogs. Moving with the military has allowed her to work in different dental settings in several states.
Her favorite thing about working in the dental field is being able to help put nervous patients at ease during their visit. She also likes helping others feel confident with their smile. During her free time, Whitney likes to read, spend time with her family, and watch Alabama football.
